The first time I touched down in Edinburgh, Scotland, I knew I was home.
That sounds a bit romantic, like something you would see Cameron Diaz say in “The Holiday”, but even now, more than two years later, I still know it to be true.

I recently was granted the incredible opportunity to visit Hever Castle, located in the centre of “England’s Garden” in Kent.
Located just over 30 miles south of London, this stunning, rolling countryside is only a quick jaunt away from the hustle and bustle of the sprawling metropolis, but is worlds away from the intense, “rat race” feeling of London.
